How it works

Web conferencing with Umeeting is both powerful and at the same time easy to use. All you and your invited participants need to enjoy a fully interactive web meeting is a standard web browser. Here is how it works:

You schedule your web meeting from your Umeeting account:

set the time and time zone for the meeting

choose the moderation style

invite any number of participants and moderators

An invitation email message will now be sent to all invited participants and moderators, containing a link which participants and moderators follow to log into your web meeting.

click and go

Once logged in, a single click on the meeting "attend" link will open the web meeting in a new browser window. You and your participants are now ready to start your interactive meeting, using:

video and Internet voice

application sharing

interactive white board and text chat

and much, much more ...

An automatic system check will be performed when first opening a web meeting, so as to immediately detect and suggest solutions to any system incompatibilities.
